We will offer telephone appointments for in depth advice and ongoing casework. We may ask you to email, post or drop paperwork in to our office and we will make every effort to deliver the service you need.

To minimise the coronavirus-related health risks to our workers and clients South Lakes Citizens advice is not providing a full face to face service at this time. However, in exceptional circumstances we may be able to offer a face to face appointment.

Move for Health
Move for Health is a physical activity programme aimed at increasing mobility and activity levels for those with a long term health condition.
Sessions will take place on:
Wednesday 10:30am-11:30am (starts 9th February) – First Place Fitness, Kendal
Friday 9:45am -10:45am (starts late February) – First Place Fitness, Kendal
Sessions have been funded through the Morecambe Bay CCG Population Health fund and supported by Active Cumbria and the South Lakeland Health and Wellbeing Partnership. Individuals will be supported to increase their activity by moving at their own pace. Sessions are suitable for those either new or wishing to return to activity and each programme runs for 12 weeks.
