Appointments
You can call into one of our offices or phone to make an appointment to see a General Adviser for face-to-face advice during our opening hours. Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. People with urgent problems will be seen as soon as possible.
Drop in
Clients attending our offices will be seen on a first come first served basis. Usually we will ask you some questions to assess your need for advice (we call this a gateway assessment). This gives us an idea who is the best adviser for you to see. If an appropriate adviser is available you will be seen as soon as possible, if not you will be offered an appointment.
Telephone advice
Our telephone advice operates during our opening hours. We will ask you some questions to assess your need for advice and arrange to call you back when an adviser is available for you to talk to.
